To meet the branch’s multi-dimensional growth targets (deposits, advances, and profit) through increasing sales through strengthening.

maintaining existing relationships and identifying new business prospects, while offering quality service and efficient operational controls to reduce any risks through strict adherence to KYC/AML, SBP, and Internal Policies, Processes, and Credit Manual / Circulars.
Formulation and execution of sales programs to deepen current relationships and uncover new prospects for the branch’s multi-dimensional targets (deposits, advances, profit)
Train and motivate all front-line employees to improve their technical and core competencies. Lead them by the sales plan to maximize sales.

Complete compliance with the Service Management Program through complaint resolution and continuous assessment and improvement of procedures, methods, and resources to ensure that customer service standards are met.
