Position Description for Faysal Bank Limited
Handle and execute the assigned Branch’s set of financial/non-financial transactions (such as cash deposits/withdrawals, local/foreign remittances, utility bills, outward clearing, cash sorting, payment orders, fund transfers, and so on).
Ensure proper execution and creation of vouchers for the Branch’s daily operational activities, while adhering to Bank/SBP regulations.
Ensure that the Cash Counter at the ATM is closed at the end of the day, with full reconciliation with the cash balances in the core banking system and balancing of the actual cash inventory in the vault and ATM.
Give customers effective and efficient service. Assistance in meeting their transactional needs, with a focus on transaction accuracy and quick Turn Around Time.
Ensure awareness and compliance with any changes in regulatory requirements by reviewing Bank and SBP Circulars/Notifications regularly.
Maintain effective and consistent communication with centralized operations departments to handle any transactional issues and maintain the efficient processing of customer transactions.
Ensure that customers’ identities are screened/verified and that correct customer information is entered into the system when transactions are executed.
Handle the physical transfer of cash from and to the Branch Vault in collaboration with the Bank’s designated security providers.
Branch Operations Management, Communication and Customer Service Mindset, and Microsoft Office are all required skills.
